At Bright Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and radiant in your new suit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, branded bags, and hygiene stickers are still attached and in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
